Oxford University Press organized the Mother’s Day on 9th May, 2016, at their Book Centre, where our students along with students of different other schools took part in various activities to show love for their mothers. The following talented students of LIMS availed the opportunity to express their feelings for their mothers through presentations, poems, essays, making collage, cards, picture frames, and singing songs. The British Council organized two workshops, the first one was attended by Ms. Samina Riaz, Ms. Farah Deeba and Ms. Faiza Saadullah on 10th & 11th March, 2016, and the second one from 25th to 28th April, 2016 was attended by Ms. Samina Riaz, Ms. Farah Deeba and Ms. Bushra Gul. Both workshops focused upon the development of Core Skills amongst staff and students for effective participation in the Connecting Classrooms Project 3 and activities for International School Award 2016.
